A few words about the organization itself: “The International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO) is an intergovernmental organization whose goal is to promote the development by States of structures that protect and assist the population, as well as the protection of property and the environment from natural disasters or man-made disasters. It was founded in 1931.It consists of 60 Member States, 16 observer States and 23 associate members.” As part of the data leak, personal data of employees, including the Secretary General, secret UN contacts and documents dedicated to the organization’s missions. As practice shows, it is impossible to save on a qualified network administrator. I am sure that this data leak will find its consumer.
